• Drop-off time is typically between 4-6pm on the day of your booking, but can require flexibility on either your side or ours & will be arranged via phone after you’ve booked.
• An adult, 19 years or older, must be present at the time of drop-off to receive instructions on sauna operation.
• Pick-up time is typically on the morning after the final night.  Again, timing can be flexible and is arranged via phone on completion of your booking.
• EXAMPLE 3 NIGHT BOOKING: Friday 5pm to Monday 8am.

• Our sauna fits in most driveways, alley parking spots, yards etc. The trailer is just under 6’ x 9’ with a 3’ tongue at the front, and it’s about 8’2″ tall plus the chimney.
• We require a driveway that isn’t too insane to back down, and a pretty flat area to set up.
• You might also enjoy having access to a hose and an area to sit outside in your bathrobe, smiling, sipping your kombucha or hot tea.

For cancellation more than 7 full days in advance of booking, we refund 35% of your rental fee. Here’s the good part: we’ll send a message out to our mailing list & on social media noting that we have a last-minute opening offered at 15% off.  If we are able to book some or all of your cancelled dates, we will refund you 35% of your fee PLUS whatever income we make from the new booking.  No double-dipping here folks.  No harm no foul, if we can re-book the dates, we pass that along to you.
*For cancellation less than 7 full days in advance of booking, we refund 20% of your rental fee, again offering more as above if we’re able to fill the dates!
